INFO: Members of the city’s Chinese Festival Committee explain plans to mark Chinese New Year 2010 (Sun 14th Feb) – the Year of the Tiger – with lavish celebrations and performances in Birmingham’s Arcadian centre, Hurst Street and the Birmingham Hippodrome.
