Police issued a public warning on Wednesday asking people to be vigilant after a Birmingham sex offender breached his conditions.
Michael Smith, 24, is being hunted by police after failing to provide details of his change of address.
A registered sex offender from Birmingham, who is in breach of his conditions, is currently loose and police officers are desperately trying to track him down before someone falls victims to the sexual predator.
West Midlands Police issued a warning asking members of the public not to approach Michael Smith but to immediately contact police if the sex offender is spotted.
Smith failed to provide details of his change of address to officers and police confirmed the sex offender has not been seen since October.
Detectives working on this worrying case have thus far been unable to trace Smith and are now appealing to the public for any information about the sex offender’s whereabouts.
A police spokesperson said: “The 24-year-old, from Birmingham is a registered sex offender and hasn’t let us know about his change of address, which means he is in breach of his conditions.
“If you see him, don’t approach him, just let us know where he is.”
