Jailed neo-Nazi terrorist convicted in Birmingham gets early release from prison

A neo-Nazi terrorist who was convicted in Birmingham has been granted an early release from prison after a parole hearing in September.

Alice Cutter – who wanted to start a “race war” – was jailed in 2020 for being a member of a banned UK terror group.

Cutter, who was aged 23 at the time of her conviction, was a member of an outlawed extremist group which wanted to start a “white jihad” and advocated ethnic cleansing, violence against Muslim and Jewish communities, and hatred and intolerance towards LGBTQ+ people.

National Action, a right-wing group, were proscribed by the UK government in 2016 following provocative rallies and hate speech which shockingly glorified the brutal murder of Labour MP Jo Cox.

Cutter shared text messages with members of National Action which stated that she hoped the murdered MP would “Rot in Hell”.

At her trial in Birmingham evidence was presented in court which showed Alice Cutter attending National Action rallies where banners proclaiming “Hitler Was Right” were proudly displayed.

Cutter also took part in a shockingly tasteless Miss Hitler beauty pageant as ‘Buchenwald Princess’, named after the German prison camp where thousands of Jews were killed during WWII.

In group chat discussions with fellow National Action members she made remarks about “gassing synagogues”.

In one chilling message Cutter wrote: “I want to smack my race into reality, we are so pure and cute, why can we not gas the f***ing invaders, I am unsure.”

Alice Cutter’s views on Jews were extreme and she chatted about a football game in a private conversation where she described the football as being the decapitated head of a Jew which “got a good kicking every time”.

Police also discovered disturbing chats on Alice Cutter’s phone which referred to a race war: “Don’t worry it’s coming” and “The storm is coming”.

Cutter was also known to be grooming and radicalising a 15-year-old girl to join National Action.

Detective Chief Superintendent Kenny Bell, Head of West Midlands Counter Terrorism Unit, said: “National Action is an extreme right wing neo-Nazi group.

“Their ambition is to prepare for a race war by amassing weapons and trying to recruit others by the spread of their extreme ideology.”

Talking about the threat posed by National Action to the public, Detective Bell added: “They share a real toxic extreme ideology which is a danger to the public, the same ideology that we have seen manifested in the tragic attack in New Zealand, the murder of Jo Cox MP and the attack at Finsbury Park mosque in 2017.

“This group was amassing weapons and recipes for bomb-making. They communicated through secret channels to recruit others to their cause. Left unchecked they presented a real threat to the public.”
