Foodies in Sutton Coldfield have good reason to get excited this month as a new family run cafe, La Fabrique, has opened at The Gracechurch Centre this month.
Headed by passionate duo Jack and Anna, the newest addition to the Royal Town offers a menu of healthy but delicious meals and snacks available to dine in or take away.
Guests can feast on a range of homemade dishes using fresh ingredients, with signature dishes including hearty sandwiches, made-to-order crepes, refreshing, nutritious smoothies, and freshly baked cakes, to name a few.
Having opened its doors to the public last week, La Fabrique boasts a friendly and comfortable interior, making it the ideal location to visit over the festive period.
Anna Witkowska, who owns the eatery, said:
“Our mission is to prove that healthy food can be flavoursome and delicious – here at La Fabrique, we have selected our favourite sweet and savoury recipes and cook everything fresh with love.”
While Gracechurch Centre manager Angela Henderson added:
“With a huge selection of delicious, homemade food on offer and a relaxed atmosphere, the café is the perfect spot to refuel after a busy day shopping, catching up with friends and family, or grabbing a quick, healthy bite on your break.”
