Punjabi mega-star Harbhajan Mann to launch new World Tour in Birmingham

International Punjabi folk singer, actor and film producer Harbhajan Mann will be performing in Birmingham this spring, the launch pad for a special new world tour.

The internationally acclaimed musician behind 17 hit albums – and star of films including  Jee Aayan Nu, Asa Nu Mann Watnan Da, Heer Ranjha and Jag Jeondeyan De Mele – is bringing a new musical stage performance to the city’s Arena venue (formerly Barclaycard Arena).

Harbhajan Mann will be launching his new ‘Tin Rang’ World Tour in Birmingham in March

The three colors of life – Husn, Jawaani, teMaape, may have started their poetic and conceptual journey as a part of the soundtrack of the unprecedented Punjabi blockbuster film Dil Apna Punjabi, but those words quickly became a part of Punjabi folklore, as they closely and profoundly resonated with the truth and beauty of human life.

Inspired by those words is a heartfelt, mesmerising, and an electrifying original concept that is the foundation and theme of Harbhajan Mann’s exclusive Tin Rang: The World Tour, a musical stage performance concert tour which will debut in England in March.

In an innovative, first of its kind concert, audiences will be presented with three unique and unforgettable segments live; capturing the essence of all the emotions that encompass the Tin Rang (three colours).

On his 25-year musical and cinematic journey, Harbhajan Mann has stood the test and pressures of time, and an ever-changing entertainment industry, standing his ground to provide clean, wholesome and heartfelt Punjabi entertainment.

On many occasions, the artist has taken career risks so that the Punjabi film industry could be revived and respected, but none of this has dented his passion and adoration for his music and language, the primary inspiration behind the inception of the 52-year-old’s new one-of-a-kind Punjabi world tour.

The entertainer is also reported to be returning in the rumoured and highly-anticipated sequel to Bollywood classic Heer Ranjha.

There may be a couple of months before Mr Mann lands in Birmingham for an incredible music-fest, but until then, why not enjoy some of his classic and recent hits:

Harbhajan Mann’s Tin Rang tour comes to Birmingham on Friday 30th March, 2018, at the Arena Birmingham.
