Police have charged a man with the murder of his brother Clifton Waite in the Small Heath area of Birmingham.
Lenville Waite was arrested in connection with the death of 56-year-old Clifton, also known as Colton, who was found fatally stabbed in Waverley Road last Monday (7 November).
West Midlands Police issued an appeal to track down the victim’s elder brother Lenville Waite following the savage killing.
Lenville, who went on the run after the murder, was detained on Friday afternoon and the 58-year-old from Birmingham has now been charged with murder.
Family members, who are still dealing with the tragedy and receiving support from specialist officers, have released a photo of the victim.
He has been remanded into custody to appear before Birmingham Magistrates Court tomorrow (14 November).
