A 15-year-old boy has been charged with the murder of teenager Jack Lowe, who was stabbed to death in the West Midlands earlier this month.

The suspect was arrested in Walsall yesterday morning (Saturday) over the killing of the 18-year-old, who died at the scene in parkland off Cook Street on Wednesday 7 December.

The 15-year-old youth was charged late last night and will appear before Wolverhampton Magistrates’ Court tomorrow (Monday 19 December).

Last week, police charged an 18-year-old with the brutal murder of Jack Lowe who tragically died after being stabbed.

A police spokesperson, said: “We understand that violent incidents, particularly those involving the death of someone so young, are alarming and distressing for the community and have had extra officers in the area to support the community.

“We also ask anyone with information, or who witnessed the attack, to please come forward if you haven’t already done so.

“A teenager has lost his life and we need to understand what happened and bring those responsible to justice.”
